In the event of breach of this warranty the liability of cmp shall be limited exclusively to the cost of. The steel roofing and siding panels which fall under this warranty are defined as pre painted galvanized and galvalume steel roofing and siding panels manufactured by westman steel and erected in canada or the united states of america including alaska. Selection of suitable long lasting fasteners to be used with galvalume roof ing and siding panels rests solely with the buyer.
